1. Once a player has entered, paid and the first FA Premier League game of the season has kicked off, no refunds will be given on entry fees.

 

2. Top Bins will take 10% of all entry fees submitted, as the platform providing the paid fantasy football league service. The 10% fee is non-refundable at any time. There may be times this fee is waived and only the PayPal payment processing fee is charged on an entry fee. This fee waive is given at the discretion of Top Bins Fantasy Football only.

 

3. For a Top Bins private league to commence a minimum of  4 registered and paid players must be entered into that private league before game week 5 of the FA Premier League  Fantasy Football commencing.

 

4. Top Bins Fantasy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with a minimum of 24 hours notice to paid players.

 

5. Top Bins Fantasy accepts no liability for losses made by any players while they are a paid member of the Top Bins Fantasy leagues.

 

6. Prize pools will be managed by Top Bins Fantasy. Payment of prizes won for finishing in paid places in a Top Bins Fantasy private league will be paid out within 7-14 business days after the league entry cut off stated in Term 3 above.

 

7. Top Bins Fantasy has no affiliation with the official FA Premier League Fantasy Football game. It simply runs and moderates private leagues on the official FA Premier League Fantasy Football website. The results of these leagues determine which players win cash prizes at the end of each season. 

 

8. If a player submits payment and entry and a league does not end up running due to low numbers as per term 3 above, that players entry fee will be refunded in full minus the PayPal payment processing fee.

 

9. By paying and entering any paid private Top Bins Fantasy league a player is accepting the terms and conditions set out on this page.
